ARTICLE 2: ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES AND MAPS SECTION 202 LOCATION OF ZONES The boundaries for the zones listed above are indicated on the Baker County Zoning and Plan Map and the Mineral Extraction Zone Map which are hereby adopted by reference. Additionally, a series of maps and orthophotos (1" = 400' or 1" = 2000') are used in the County Planning Office to more clearly show the zone boundaries than can be shown on the adopted zoning map on which 1/2" = 5280'. Where there is an inconsistency between the larger-scale assessor's maps and the smaller-scale Zoning and Plan maps, the information contained on the larger-scale maps shall prevail.
