ARTICLE 3: USE ZONES SECTION 304.03 MINIMUM LOT SIZE The minimum lot size in the RR-1 zone shall be as determined by the Department of Environmental Quality to be necessary for the protection of public health, but shall be no less than 1 acre, except in subdivisions identified as sites 36, 66 and 72, wherein the lot sizes shall be as originally platted pursuant to policy 2.B.4 of the County's Comprehensive Plan.
