ARTICLE 3: USE ZONES SECTION 304.01 PERMITTED USES In the RR-1 Zone the following uses and their accessory uses shall be permitted outright. A. Public or private parks or playgrounds. B. Dwellings including recreational dwellings. C. Docks and other non-commercial water-based recreational facilities. D. Farm use, subject to animal concentration restrictions in Article 4, Section 407 of this Ordinance. E. Local distribution utility facilities as designed in Section 108(B) of this Ordinance. F. Mobile Home Parks. G. Recreational Vehicle Parks. H. Temporary Mobile Home Placement (Family Hardship), subject to provisions of Section 404
